This Privacy Policy explains how TechVerce (“TechVerce”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit our websites, use our online services, or otherwise interact with us that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

If you are a customer using TechVerce as a service provider/processor (e.g., for our B2B/SaaS offerings), the processing of data we perform on your instructions is governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and your contract—not this Privacy Policy.

1) Scope & Applicability

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through our websites, subdomains, and online services. It does not apply to offline collections unless stated, third-party websites we do not control, or processing we carry out as a processor/service provider for our business customers (covered by our DPA).

2) Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

  • Contact data: name, email, phone, company, job title, country/region.

  • Account & support data: login ID, role, tickets, chat transcripts, feedback, attachments.

  • Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-in/out, communication choices.

  • Recruitment data (if you apply): CV/resume, work history, education, references.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage/Device data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS, language, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, date/time stamps, session duration.

  • Telemetry & logs: performance metrics, error logs, crash reports.

  • Cookies & similar tech: identifiers stored/read on your device (see Cookies & Similar Technologies below).

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Business partners & vendors: lead data, event registrations, referral details.

  • Public & social sources: business profiles, professional networks (where you make data public).

  • Anti-fraud & safety partners: signals used to prevent abuse/security incidents.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, government IDs, health data) via our public websites. If you choose to provide such data, we will handle it with heightened care and only for the purpose you intended.

5) Disclosures of Personal Information

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers / processors: hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, email/SMS, CRM, payments/billing, support, security, anti-fraud, event management. These providers may access data only to perform services under contract.

  • Business partners: joint webinars, events, or integrations (with your notice/consent where required).

  • Advertising partners: if you consent to advertising cookies, we may share online identifiers and usage data to measure and deliver ads (CPRA “share”).

  • Professional advisors: auditors, insurers, lawyers.

  • Authorities & legal requests: where required by law or to protect rights, users, and Services.

  • Corporate transactions: merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale (we will notify you of any material changes to ownership/control affecting your data).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Where our use of advertising cookies constitutes “sharing” under California law, you can opt-out via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information ([insert link]) and through GPC.

6) International Data Transfers

We may transfer personal data to countries outside your own. For transfers from the EEA/UK, we rely on:

  • European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and UK IDTA/Addendum, and

  • supplementary safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls).

8) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including:

  • encryption in transit and at rest,

  • least-privilege access controls and multi-factor authentication,

  • network segmentation and vulnerability management,

  • logging and monitoring,

  • vendor security reviews and contractual controls.

No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a data breach that may affect you, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.

9) Your Privacy Choices & Rights

9.1 Global choices for everyone

  • Cookie consent & preferences: adjust in Cookie Settings; we honor GPC.

  • Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in emails or email support@techverce.com.

  • Access/Deletion/Correction: email support@techverce.com.

We will verify your identity and respond within the applicable timeframe. We may ask for additional information to secure your request.

9.2 EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK-GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object (including to direct marketing and legitimate interests), and data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. If we rely on legitimate interests, you may object and we will assess your request.

9.3 California residents (CPRA/CCPA)

You have the right to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/share, limit the use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not intentionally collect SPI on our public sites), and non-discrimination. Exercise these rights via our Do Not Sell or Share link ([insert link]) or by emailing support@techverce.com. We respond within 45 days (extensions as permitted). Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.

Categories disclosed in the last 12 months: Identifiers (e.g., IP, cookie IDs), Internet/Network activity (e.g., pages viewed). Disclosed to service providers for business purposes; may be shared with advertising partners only if you consent to advertising cookies.

9.4 India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

You have rights to access information about processing, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in specified circumstances. Contact our Grievance Officer ([insert details]). Parental/guardian consent is required for users under 18.

9.5 Other U.S. states (VA, CO, CT, UT, etc.)

Depending on your state, you may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, portability, and to opt-out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or contacting support@techverce.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject.

10) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children.

  • United States (COPPA): we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

  • India (DPDP): for users in India, we require verifiable parental consent for users under 18 and apply heightened protections.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@techverce.com and we will promptly delete it.

11) Automated Decision-Making & Profiling

We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you via our public websites. We may use analytics and A/B testing to improve experiences and, with your consent, measure or personalize advertising; you can manage this in Cookie Settings.

12) Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party sites or integrations. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on our websites and/or email you (if appropriate). The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.

15) Region-Specific Supplements (Quick Reference)

  • EU/UK: We process data under Contract, Consent, Legitimate interests, and Legal obligation. We use SCCs/IDTA for international transfers. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

  • California: We don’t sell personal information for money. If advertising cookies are enabled, limited data may be shared for cross-context behavioral advertising—opt-out via Do Not Sell or Share and GPC.
